Started my Family

At 39 I returned from working overseas, I had bought a business and intended to run and continue as was usual for me. Never a great ladies' man, I wasn't looking for a wife and was content to go along as was normal for me. But I had 5 women working for me that would change that. I pay basic wages and no job is permanent. So, I wasn't concern about my employee's lives. After some months and not much action in my private life, the 5 women wanted to keep their jobs. Not that was going to fire them, the staff changed as staff came and went. Better jobs were on the minds of my staff and if they got one, they were soon gone. But the 5 women weren't very qualified and the job they could get other than they had from me was hooker. Which wasn't acceptable to any of them, ranging in age from 37 to 28, none were centerfolds, nor am I. I had decided to pay a woman to carry a child for me. Unsure who to approach, it just happened that the women were talking about having a child each and said they had no boyfriends/husbands. I overheard their conversation and decided to ask if any were interested in having a child for me. They were shocked and I said as I left let me know if any of you are agreeable. The next day one after another all said they were interested; I'd thought of having at least 2 children. With 5 willing women, I could have 5 straight away. Seeing it as preferable to spreading it out over years, I asked all of them to carry a baby for me. I thought several would drop out and I might just have 1 or 2 left. All accepted and straight sex as my preferred method of impregnating them. We started and they all moved in with me, quickly 2 got pregnant and the others followed over the next 2 months. I was wrong I wasn't getting 5 but 7 as 2 of the women were to have twins. The women still work for me and also live with me, I'm married to none and sleep with them all. It seems to work well, no problems as of yet. They have secure lives; I get children and regular sex.
