I'm Josh 26 and just left the Navy and was staying my mother in an old 6 floor apartment building. The building supervisor had passed away a couple days before I arrived and there were problems in just about every apartment. I was told to fix it with new, I went and seen the local hardware and they gave trade prices with an account for the building owners. I got to work on the top floor and work my way down, the plumbing was the biggest the old gal pipes were passed their best. After finishing all the big work, the water pressure had tripled and every tenant was happy. Their was a few small jobs that were still to finish. I had over stated the cost to owners, just incase I found problems than first thought. I did find some, but still cut the cost by 12%. I told the owners it was better to over estimate than under and they agreed and were happy with my work on inspection. I had my own room and had a work area, my work had become known to other building owners and my employers double my wages to keep me from leaving. Also most of the tenants were women divorced, widow and a couple of singles. With a couple of old married couples as well, my mother is a widow and has friends in the building. I started getting hit by some the women in the building and getting called up for minor or fake reasons. Mainly at night and would arrive to find the woman in her nighty or underwear.
