The enquiry

I'm 48 divorced and live alone in my parent's 4bedroom house, I inherited after my divorce. My ex-wife got the house in the divorce, no alimony as she had an equally good career as me and our children supported themselves so no child support. Only talking terms with my ex, no ongoing problems. Anyway, I'd had a house no relationship in a booming city were finding accommodation had become a reasonable problem. So, in my workplace it was known of me having 3 spare rooms in a good suburb and several work colleagues had taken notice. All female, also they were all sharing an apartment paying very high rent. One 37 decided as she worked in the same area as me to enquire about them living with me. All had relationships, albeit a lesbian one between the one who asked and another of the three. The third 33 was related to other 34 (cousins), with the promise of home cooked meals and help with the housework I agreed. None of us are anything special in looks or build, so they moved in no hassles at all. Everyone got on really well, albeit revealing at times, as they grew more comfortable living with me, I got to see them in their underwear. Nothing too exposing bra and panties sometimes thongs. Last Christmas we were celebrating together as none of us had leave. A few drinks and the lesbian later left to celebrate together in bed. Leaving me and the cousin alone, I looked at her and she saw me looking and straight asked me did I want to have some fun. I nodded unsure of what she meant at first, as we hadn't been familiar you could say. It might have been the drink and the knowledge of the others in bed together. But we'd fun sexual fun, I enjoyed myself as did she. Anyway, it broke the ice as they say, no relationship started after, but she would join me in my bed every now then for some more fun. That was until the beginning of March when she more fulltime into my bedroom, we'd started dating in February, she and I were very sexually active. So, why sleep apart now I've two spare bedrooms again.
