Friends with Benefits

I moved into a serviced apartment building, apartment cleaning, laundry and meals provided. The building has a restaurant as part of its concept, it's open to the public and provides meals for the apartment owners via separate menus, but you can order off the restaurant menu if you wish, but it is at the actual cost on the menu. The owner's menu is cheaper but has a great range to choose from. So, at 57 widowed, it was a great way to restart my life, the body corporate oversees the building including the restaurant. So, corporate fees and monthly service bill which does include utilities as well as any cleaning, laundry and meals. I'm a tidy person so only get cleaning twice a week and laundry once. Meals can be as cheap as you want or as expensive as you want. You can cook your own meals if you want and only order from the menu sometimes. After a year I was quite settled in, the building has an internal swimming pool available all year round I really enjoy and a gym if you're into that I'm not. About 6 months ago a widow 54 moved in, like me wanted a less of the of the mundane, more time to enjoy your life type of lifestyle. We started getting to know each and swim together quite a bit, after a couple of months we became friends with benefits. So far that is as far we intend to go, great sex and no hassles, each having our own private space when required. Perfect arrangement while get over the loss of our former life partners.
