My Cousin Request

I'm the geek/nerd of the family and doing quite well career wise and financially and have done okay dating at times since starting my career. But at 31 (2021) I was still single and no girlfriend at the time. My youngest cousin then 25 having just started her career and finding it tough going. Saw me as the answer to her problems, she realized she wouldn't succeed as much as she wanted too. She saw my comfortable life and regular holidays and compared it to hers. Where she got two weeks, I get whatever I require as I live in Europe where everything is better. I visited my mother (widow) regularly, mainly to get her to live with me in Europe. Finally succeeding when she got ill (diabetes), as the cost of her medicines would bankrupt her, she said. Much cheaper in Europe and when she was recovered, I said I would take her all over Europe visiting every country. My cousin seeing an opportunity asked could she come with us to look after her aunt. With my mother approval I agreed, and they moved to Europe with me. With better access to medical help without having to worry if you could afford it. My mother's health improved greatly, and her medicines cost less for a year in Europe than a month back home. With my mother better we started weekend trips to different countries of Europe. My cousin joined me in my bed one night and we became lovers, and she soon got pregnant (2022). Now with a son and a cousin who just tested pregnant again we're very happy. My aunt divorced (mother's sister) has also come to live with her daughter she isn't ill, just wanted to be with her daughter and grandchild. Came for a short holiday and decided to stay.
